My name is Elizabeth, and I am a Licensed Master of Social Work with several years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, and domestic violence. I have provided counseling in a variety of settings, including homeless shelters, domestic violence organizations, and hospitals. Across each experience, I have been privileged to offer compassionate support and advocacy during the most vulnerable moments in my clients’ lives. I am especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, rediscover their inner voice, and safely explore the full range of emotions that can follow trauma and loss. I value honesty, authenticity, and trust within the therapeutic relationship, and I often incorporate trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational approaches into my work. Many of my sessions begin or end with grounding exercises or breathwork, as I enjoy integrating somatic practices to help clients feel more connected to both their minds and bodies. My hope is that you can show up to each session exactly as you are and feel supported, seen, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
