I am a mental health counselor in training, currently completing my M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. I also hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from The New School, where my research focused on trauma, attachment, identity, sexuality, and body image. Alongside my clinical training, I spent over ten years in marketing and the arts, as well as living abroad—experiences that deeply shaped my curiosity about culture, identity, and the ways we make meaning in our lives.
Having navigated relocating to a new country firsthand, I understand the challenges of starting over and finding your footing in unfamiliar spaces. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through major life transitions, relationship dynamics, stress and burnout, questions of identity and belonging, and everyday challenges of challenges.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a warm, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can feel truly seen, explore your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic to you.
