My name is Annabess and I am a Licensed Master of Social Work. I have my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University. I hold my professional license in New York and New Jersey and am bilingual in English and Spanish. I strive to bring warmth, kindness, and empathy into my practice, which primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in conjunction with other evidence based practices. I look forward to supporting all my clients as they develop strong tools to navigate some of life’s toughest situations.
